The resources below are for teachers to use while on a field trip to Nachusa's Visitor Center, or when learning about the prairie in school. All the field trip activities listed below can be completed in the prairie surrounding the Visitor Center.

​Bus parking, bathrooms, and water are all available at the Visitor Center. There are no picnic tables, but there is a nice sitting ledge. 

Ledges provide seating for visitors

​There are no garbage cans, so we ask that you take all your trash with you and leave no trace of your visit.
