Workday Safety Protocols for Volunteers

Advance Registration and Volunteer Agreement:

• Volunteers must register in advance via SignUpGenius.

• NEW DIGITAL WAIVER. All volunteers must sign our digital volunteer agreement before volunteering. Once the agreement is signed, you will be all set to volunteer.

  If you have trouble completing a digital waiver, please read, PRINT, and sign the signature page (only) of this paper copy — then give it to your workday leader.

Volunteers should bring personal-use items: 

• Facemasks are OPTIONAL
• Work gloves (required) 
• Water and snacks 
  

Volunteers may bring these, but they will also be provided: 

• Scissors, snips, loppers, and safety glasses (as needed) if they have them.

Health Status / Cancellations

• If you feel unwell, please cancel your attendance.
  
• To cancel for any reason, send an email via SignUpGenius using the Contact button or replying to your confirmation or reminder email.
  
• Don't call the preserve, as the leader may not receive your message.
